Shipping Policy

At Wooden Arts, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency.

Processing and Handling:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Customized products may require additional preparation time, and customers will be informed accordingly.

Shipping and Delivery:
Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Responsibility:
Please note that after we hand your order to the courier, the responsibility for the shipment passes to the courier service. While we select reliable delivery partners, we are not liable for delays, damages, or loss that may occur during transit. However, we will gladly assist you in resolving any shipping issues with the courier.

Important:
Please make sure to check and open the package before the courier leaves. In case of any visible damage, please report it immediately to the courier and refuse to receive the shipment if necessary.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotions such as free shipping may apply on eligible orders.

Delivery Times:

  • Local deliveries: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International deliveries: Estimated 14–25 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Packaging:
All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 

We advice you to check your order upon reception while the courier is on the door . contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sure we will cover even the shipping fees

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

custom products cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
No return or exchange for  wall clocks or mirrors  .Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or international orders .

Order Hold Policy

Customers may request to hold an order for future delivery, provided the full order amount is paid in advance. Orders held for future delivery are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Please note that some of our shipping partners do not accept cash on delivery for certain products, but you can transfer the amount via InstaPay or through the payment link we will send you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
